Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. The validity of vouchers is limited in time at Rulesfitness. From the time of purchase, confirmation and sending via e-mail, a validity of 12 months.
We can ship to almost anywhere in the world, but please note that there are restrictions on some items and some items may not be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the item/s selected and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping company chosen the shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items are calculated according to the weight of an item as provided on its detail page. Depending on the policy of the shipping company the shipment weight may be rounded up to the next full unit of weight (pound or kilo).
You may return most items which are the result of an error, that means if you received an incorrect or defective item within 14 calendar days of despatch from our warehouse for a full refund. We may, under certain circumstances, also pay the return shipping costs.
You can expect to receive a refund within four (4) weeks of returning an item to us. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
How to return an item
If you wish to return an item please login into your account on our website, find the original order number associated with the item that you wish to return and send an e-mail to email@example.com stating the original order number and providing a detailed description of the reason for the return. We will notify you via e-mail of what to do next.
